Default What'* that STINK !!!

I don't usually turn off the A/C but it happened to be off this morning and the whole interior of the car smelled like someone stepped in dog doo.
Nasty smell.
It'* been turned off before and I have smelled a light musty smell but now it'* downright BAD.
I have installed a new $50. carbon passenger compartment filter only a couple thousand Km ago and it didn't make any difference.

I've read about the service bulletin but it refers to mildew build up in Bonne'* with a VIN # earlier than mine.

Has anyone else had this problem :?:

Is it an simple dealer deodourizing job that'* covered under warranty :?:

Your still good with warranty so the let the dealer do it, but it sounds like evaporator drain tube is blocked. The probable odor is caused by mold/mildew build up within the HVAC case and on the evaporator and heater cores.
Theres a small heater for the evap system that is suppose to keep it dry and mold free, have them check that too

Most A/C will smell right after you turn it off, if you let the air flow a bit. However, sometimes it gets out of control, like yours.
