Default Water+ Wires= bad news

A little while ago I started blowing fuses for the interior lights of the car and I just assumed it was due to the fact that I had a rear window regulator that was broke and I was getting water in the back floor board area due to it. Well, I have since had the window regulator fixed by the dealer ( it was uinder warrenty). But I continued to blow fuses and I just noticed yesterday that now the niether of the seat controls are working. So I pulled up the seat to check the fuses and discovered that everything under the back seat is soaked! ( it has been raining all day.) I'm talking soaked to the point of almost having standing water under the seat around the fuse box/ battery! Is there some common places that I should start looking for leaks? When I did I quick check it feltl like the water was coming down from behind the back seat. The seat it self is not wet, and there is no visible water/wetness in the trunk. I am thinking rear windshield, seal on back door etc.. any help would be great. Thanks

I will pull the pillars today and check that. There is no wetness on the back deck And only a little damp on the floor in the back.

If you are sure it is not coming from trunk u may have to remove seats and pull put carpet. My rear floor was soaked due to my front driver side sunroof drain coming apart inside dash and would leak down by ebrake under carpet, where it would enter trough in frame and go all the way to rear by rear seat and out to back driver floor.Of course I had to pull carpet to find this out. There is a thick sound dampner under carpet that soaks up water untill it can hold no more then it will seep thru to carpet. This is if your sure it is not a trunk or door leak.
