My 2001 SLE is having a similar problem. The front and rear floor on the passenger'* side is soaked. Driver'* side is dry. How do you repair/replace the door seals? Where are they located?

If front and rear are wet do not discount front sunroof drain.

They are called water deflectors, and are translucent plastic pieces. You will have to remove the door skin to gain access. Look closely at the butyl sealant that seals the perimeter of the water deflector against the door frame especially the bottom edges.
