Default water inside on the car windows

i can't seem to get the car windows dry inside, especialy the rear window is full of water drops and hard to get clear from condens

its a 1992 seei, here in europe, holland we have lots of rain so i hope that i can fix this problem

And does your AC work? The compressor must run in defog/defrost mode in order to remove moisture from the cabin, but boost is on track here. The moisture had to be in the car to begin with in order to create condensation on the back window. Any water in the spare tire well?
