BTW, swartlkk not all SSEi'* have moonroof'* if that'* what "SSEi == Moonroof" means. I kept finding the one'* without a moonroof when I was looking..

Can I ask, what happened to the seal? Was it tore up or a screwup by GM?

they had to reseat the seal so it was a screwup from gm. On a side note since you have an 03 ssei when you come to a complete stop just before it stops does your 1st gear shift hard? no really a bang but do you feel it downshift

No, but let me get back to you. Maybe if I am watching for it, it will. I am pretty sure it doesn't. My '94 Silverado does when I am coming to the final part of the stop. My old '88 GTA Trans Am really did, but I contributed that to those old ODB1 computers that ran a high idle right up until you stop.

Right now, the dern radio not displaying stations correctly on the HUD and the side trim messed up is aggrivating me. I need to see if I have any water leaks. Car has been in the garage and hasn't ever sat out in a downpour.. Hum..

Mine doesn't do that. I don't feel anything while coming to a stop even if I did, it is so light that it'* almost like you went over a tiny bump in the road. I just don't notice it at all.

First off, check the RPM'* and make sure when you are coming down from 25 mph, that the tach is sitting on about 1000 rpm and going down with the speed. If something was making the car idle high, that will cause it. Otherwise, there is a tranny problem. Either way, hope your warranty is still good. I need to take mine in for the radio, trim, and Intermediate shaft. I just know the there will be scratches and crap all over it.. Rather do the work myself.

Damn!! Hope you can get everything fixed! I can't believe that it is the doors leaking if it'* on both sides. Don't know if you saw what the dealer fixed, I just can't believe GM messed up a door seal (despite all the other screwups).. Chances of both doors leaking are very slim, possible, but slim. I am wondering if it'* something else, talk about that problem also if you visit someone else.

FYI, mine too has 22k. Pat

This is a class problem with the new generatrion Bonnevilles. the butyl caulk that seals the water deflector to the door frame fails.
