When was the last time you replaced the transmission mount?

I thought my mount was ok for years. It looked solid. I never did the "in gear, hold brake, rev engine and look for lift test". Only after seeing everyone replace their mount, did I know I had to replace my mount. No way, at 188k was my mount ok, yet everyone else failed at 100k.

Only after I pulled the mount, did I see the internal damage. It was really bad. A visual check showed a mount in working condition. Visuals may not be enough to diagnose a mount.
