Default Harsh shifting between speeds of 10 to 20 mph

I have been noticing a harsh shifting problem mostly driving in parking lots or in traffic. This happens when I take my foot off the throttle and reapply it. It doesn't matter for how long as long as the car is in motion going between 10 to 20 mph. If I try to reapply the throttle softly it feels like it surges or pluses back into gear. But if I reapply it hard it feels like it jambs back into gear. It does it every time within that speed range. No issue with it doing that at any other speeds.

The mileage is only one factor in the changing of fluids. Time is also a factor. Your car is five years old and mine is six. I changed the fluid this weekend and noticed a difference. Plus, changing the fluid and filter is one of the least expensive things you can do to your transmission - and it may work. If it does, great. If it doesn't, it was low risk. Besides, your transmission fluid can NEVER be TOO clean.

I'll have to check it. What am I looking for here, excessive movement when shifting from drive to reverse and or the red/pink stuff oozing out of it? Anything else to look for for a bad mount?

Just an update to this, it was a front Transmission mount that was the cause.
Part # 25731375, mount # 4.081
