Default trunk button blues

I love my 03 bonnie to pieces, but I got to say the trunk button location sucks something fierce. Thank god for the button on the fob.

I think alot of it is the bent over Shaq'* arm reach to the glove box, you practically have to put your head on the passengers seat to look in there.

Maybe I got spoiled on my ole dearly departed 98 bonnie.

Whos with me on this?

Guys..I've got plenty of the 92-99 buttons. Someone get the guts..extend the wires and I'll send you a button for shipping cost.

(Toasty..I hear an NEBF mod)

Eh, both my Toronado and Monte Carlo had the trunk release in a similar location so I guess I was already used to it.

But, I agree that I use the wireless pretty much exclusively to open the trunk. Boy, us humans are becoming quite lazy, huh?

You should have a valet key that will open the door and start the car only. The trunk release button in the glove compartment is a security feature.

It still sucks though. I miss my button location that I had on my 95.
