This may seem like a silly question, but I'm just curious about it.

Is the transmission in the SSEi the same as in the GTP? I've heard that there'* problems with the tranny if you've got enough power. I'm considering an SSEi and was wondering if I started tweaking if I'd run into tranny problems.

Year for year they are the same transmission. A lightly modded well taken care of L67 should have no problem with the transmission.

there are a few of years of the GTP that have the 3.29 gearing. that is much higher than the SSEI
