Default Trans slips when pressing gas

Well last weekend I was rolling at about 5mph waiting to go threw an intersection. When I wanted to go I hit the gas not hard but normal and it felt like the tranny slipped. I knew it was getting time to get the fluid and filter changed. So I did that on sunday and the fluid was pretty dirty. Got a new fresh fluid and filter in there. She was shifting much smoother I noticed until monday coming home from work doing the same thing going threw another intersection and then hitting the gas. I thought ok well if it does it again then something is up. Went to Kwik Trip tonight and again going forward waiting for the car in front of me to cross the intersection and pressed the gas and it sputtered. Any ideas on whats going on here? It only does it at the same times doing the same things. The pan and magnet were like they have been all the other times I cleaned them. No metal shavings just the normal grime that sticks to it and what not. I have an 03 SSEi with 138k on it. I would love to have it last me another 30k so hoping I don't have to replace a trans. Any ideas would be great!!!!

Scanned for codes?

Do you ever run into this? You are slowing down when approaching a red light.....you almost come to a stop and the light goes green....you step on the gas and the vehicle seems to stumble...have seen this caused by a bad pressure control solenoid in tranny......usually a P1811 will be set....
