You might want to try Cottman or Certified Transmission. I have taken a previous car into Cottman to get work done and was pleased with the service and price. Otherwise the best Pontiac dealer around is Plaza on 108th and F Street.

ok i borrowed my moms truck till i get this worked out and found out it needed jumped once i shut it off at my house either batt or alternator. neither one worries me but i find myslef wondering how do i hook up jumper cables to my battery to jump her truck and get it to the store? who the hell puts a battery under the rear seat and why? jesus christ i miss my old crappy car!

There'* a positive connection by the under hood fuse box where the positive cable can be connected, and hook the negative to the bolt near the alternator by the firewall.
