Can you tell me how the motors come apart? I haven't had problems yet, but that sounds like it could happen to me. Knock on wood.

Yeah, there are 3 screws and WaLaa, it comes right apart.

This is a picture from the techinfo article on the rear window regulator fix. The motor for the front regulator is held in the same way.
