Default Strange fan and air occurance

After a while when my car is off, the fan inside the car automatically turns on for a while and than turns off. My cousins Vovlo S80 has been doing this to. Is this normal, and what the heck is it? lol. Thank for you help guys.

Most likley you have the fans on auto mode.
you can try switching by useing one of the direct mode location
like at you feet only.

I'm going to have to assume that you have electronic climate control. It doesn't seem possible that this can happen with the ignition off. You're not referring to the cooling fans in the engine compartment, are you? I'll look at some schematics when I get the chance.
