Default Trunk Leak

I Searched for this in the site but couldnt find any info. My Trunk leaks getting real bad with the weather here in Miami. Anybody know more or less how much fixing it would cost? Is it a good permanent fix? Any tips? Thanks.

the Bonneville unfortunately is not the only car with this Chassis to suffer from this problem. My deck lid also fills with water during washing, or very heavy rain and when you open the lid a huge rush of water comes from inside the deck lid. I think on mine it'* the actual carpet on the bottom of the decklid that retains the water...
