Oh, I'll be around a while, don't worry. I had actually been looking for a site like this since I bought the car - just found it a bit too late. mymonte.com saved me probably about $4000 in shop charges on my Z34. That 3.4 DOHC is imho one of the worst things gm has ever built. Thanks again for the help guys.

dm, glad to hear you got that thing resolved. Imagine that, something as simple as the PCV. Hats off to Boosty on that one.

Glad you got it. That one pops up a few times a year. On the 3.4, you're right. They built that motor for people they hate.

JimmyFloyd has a Z34 here, too.
