Default Smell after 130

Last night was the first time that I opened the car up since the PCM and MPS upgrade. I took it up to 130 and ran at that speed for about 10 minutes and backed down. The car had more, but I don't trust the tires. Afterwards I noticed a slight smell for a few minutes, hard to describe, like the smell at a Nascar race. My exhaust sytem is farely new, just a month old, could it have been the cat converter burning in?

You clearly burned off any excess residue on the engine/exhaust..

thats also possible, however, an SSEi should have H rated tires on it, and shouldnt heat up enough to cause any type of odor or deterioration to form in that short of a time period

i wouldn't worry about it if it doesn't occure during normal driving. the smell is most likely something burning off. what do you think your top speed is. what is the top speed of a unmodded ssei and a stock bonnie?

it either can be 108 or 128 depending on what tires it came shipped with from the factory
