Default replacement mufflers

What would you guys go with for a replacement muffler? I'm considering Flowmaster, Magnaflow, and Borla. I'm leaning more toward the Magnaflow and Borlas however. Borla is on the top of my list mostly because it is totally made up of stainless steal and therefore won't rust, but it costs more. Even more greatly, I want to keep my car quiet, only a LITTLE bit more agressive than stock, but not much more. What would you guys suggest? How would you rate these mufflers from loudest to quietest and best sounding, assuming all were installed on the same vehicle and all other factors were the same.

My Magnaflow is all Stainless, too. Can't help with the sound difference between it and the Borla though.

You've heard the interior cabin noise at 2500 RPM in my car Custom, sorry that the outdoor recording is lousy. We have the exact same dual exhast set up. The Borla exhaust system is nice albeit spendy. I would go for dual stainless steel Magnaflow with a high flow cat and high flow resonator. Leave your resonator.

I'm wondering how different the 3800 V6 SC will sound from my 4.0L V8 NS :?
