Replace tensioner (Supercharger)
I've got a new tensioner on the way, but I noticed today while working with the valve cover that the a/c is going to be in the way of removing it.
My first though was hopefully I can unbolt the A/C box and move it around to give me enough room to pop it off, but I doubt it'* going to be that easy.
If I can't, I'm going to have to disconnect the A/C. Anyone have a write up on how to remove the tensioner on an 03', or how to disconnect the A/C so it can be moved?

Tomorrow I plan on getting the IC Hooked up and pumping. I have a few things that need mounted. Fuel lines, spark plug wires, and anything else that'* in the way needs to be rerouted. I'm thinking about removing the fog lights and putting some 3" tubing in there and pointing it at the IC. I'd like to try and modify the hood a little to. I don't know if the bottom layer on the hood can be heated and molded per say, either that or its going to have to be cut out in sections because I think it will rub on the */c belt and it'* slowly wearing away what looks like the top of the BCM.
Then next weekend I only need to replace the tensioner, and atleast the front valve cover. I would like to replace both, but may need some help for the back one since it looks like I will need to remove the alternator to get to it and possibly some other things. I've got a friend that used to be a GM certified mechanic. Since you won't be down, I may ask to use his garage and see if he could give me a hand with that back valve cover.
