Default replace 2001 passenger side mirror

hey i recently clipped off my passenger side mirror, i purchased a new one and was wondering if ne1 on here could help me replace it myself. I kinda have an idea of what to do but i'd rather get other peoples expertise before i do anything drastic.. Thnks in advance

what'* your trim level? the SSEi has a tweeter in the trianlge piece on the front door.

you need to gently pry the triangle piece from the door if it has the tweeter be very careful of the wires going to it.

then pry the handle bezel off

once that is off take a flat screw driver and stick it between the door panel and the door and gently pry the door panel off (will have to do this all around the door panel except for the top)

once those are popped then slide the panel up and it will come off. all your wires will still be connected to the switches so be careful with them. will get pictures of the back side of the door panel and mirror for you as well.

there are three 10mm nuts that hold the mirror on to the door get those off and unplug the mirror.

now reverse steps to put it back together

oh for crying out loud I'm kicking myself for that one. I really hate getting up early in the morning for classes, I don't even think by the end of the day.
