well,
all i want is get full potential of the 3.4 pulley, if it need a high flowcat, there will be one
by the way, a friend just got one on his honda(same as me, but GSR engine)anyway, he feel a good difference in sound and mid to top-end power.
for help, greatly appreciated.

Most, not all will not replace the cat on a newer car if the car or say the cat is under warranty and still functioning fine, after the warranty period, or if the cat is clogged they will then replace it... Most cats( The original to the car ) are covered for 80,000 miles or so buy the car manufacture..
So if you are looking to replace one on a newer car you may have some problems...

No problems here with getting a high flow cat (SLP'*) installed on my 01 with 30K on it, brought them the car with new TOG headers and they were open and loud! Only paid 60 for them to weld up the exhaust and put in my 3in cat in. Look around
