mine is a 2000 , and this the same bumper as Rogue, theres "Pontiac" wrtied on the right of the rear bumper, nothing else.

Yes, i did buy it used. So that must explain it! I know it does say bonneville on the bumper so it must have had a diff bumper put on it!

it could also be a late production 2000, made in july/august 2000 when they were phasing over to the lettered bumper

2000'* have eight additional interior lights. Two in each door panel. 2001 have reflector only.
2000'* have a key in both driver and passenger front door. 2001 only has driver front door with a key.
2000'* have a covered dual cup holder for the front console. 2001 has an open cup holder.
2000'* have the heated seats switches mounted on the console next to the TCS and have a small storage pocket above the ashtray. 2001 have the seat switches and TCS located where the storage pocket was.
2001 have On Star exterior antenae. 2000 don't.

Only early 2000'* don't have the onstar antenna. Late '00s do because it was released as an option mid-year, which I mentioned in a reply above. We have the antenna on ours. The only EXTERNAL difference between '00 & '01 is the bumper and the keyhole in the pass. door (never saw this before).

Its possible I guess. Our SSEi was a very late production one so it seems like it would've probably gotten one too, but maybe not... We bought ours in the end of August of '00 and the dealer had just gotten it in, I should look up the production date to see what it is.

Mine was made Jan.6, 2000.
No antennae. Pontiac only in rear bumper. I added the SLE chromed Bonneville emblem myself.

....and everyone knows that 2000'* are faster than 2001'* :P

2001 has Driver 1, Driver 2 with DIC on dash.
My 01 has a covered cup holder on center console.
But anyways, you guys are good at pointing out the differences, no doubt about it.
