Rear wheel well extension..Help!
So heres the deal.I have a 2002 SSEI. I was backing out of my driveway the other day and had a little run in with a snow/ice pile. It ended up shattering what I think is the rear wheel well extension panel on the drivers side of my car. I went to a Pontiac dealer today, and they were not very helpful, and without even looking at my car told me that it is going to be $800+ to replace it. I dont think they knew what part I was talking about because it is one small plastic peice that just clips on. I have the clips for it. Does anyone know exactly what this part is called or what the part number is? Better yet, any suggestions on where I should go to take care of this problem? I need help!

I would start with going to another Dealer, one who has a in house body shop would be prefered. It sounds like that particular Stealership just didnt want the work. The price they quoted you was obscene. I was looking at your album. Beautiful looking car! Well cared for.

I would suggest calling a scrap yard. There'* a few bonnevilles in the for sale area that are being parted out, but I don't recall any in the 2000+ area, but worth a look.
