Rear Door Window problem

Rear Door Window problem
I need some help to get my window working again. I don't know what happened, when or why, but the rear driver'* side door window won't roll up or down, and it falls open when I go over a bump.
If I pull up on it, and move the regulator down, it will pull the window down, then, as I'm pulling and move the regulator back up, it will go up and stay up until I hit a bump again.
Please tell me I don't have to pull the door panel....

I hope they strung up the engineer who came up with that design and left him twist in the wind for awhile. GM should be ashamed of themselves although the intake issue has been around since 1995 and they haven't done much about it, much less a recall like Ford did with their 3.8L head gaskets.

Took it apart and clamped it for now. I guess I'll need to put the panel back on because the door ajar alarm goes off and the lights won't go out, heheh.
Anyone got a good window regulator? :?
