Default Random Fact

Found out cleaning my car today that if you press the TRIP RESET button while the key is out of the ignition it will light up the odometer. Dunno how useful this will be, but found it interesting.

Probably useful for techs that need to document mileage for warranty work?

Actually one of those make it 'easy for the service person' things. Pain in the arse to fill out paper work, and find out that you left the keys in the office, and you really need the number of miles.

Just like on every Ford, with keyless entry, if you press the 7/8 and 9/0 buttons from the outside of the vehicle, it will lock all the doors.

Not in the owners manual, but you can bet every Ford Service Guy hit those two buttons when he leaves your car/truck.

thanks, spent the day playing with the dig. cam today and waxing the car. I tried to get the ocean in the background but i wasn't close enough and the shots that it did come out in were awful.
