cold solder joint is like a bad weld. you can see the weld, but it isn't holding anything. Reflowing is just reheating the solder so it makes a proper joint.

resolder your 3 bulb leads. That'* where the cold solder joints will most likely be.

Cold solder joints occur most often with larger connections - so, start with those....in particular the large ground connections. I'd also suggest trying all the connections to the LCD display. Sometimes, if you look real closely with a magnifying glass, you can see a little crack around the lead where it has broken loose from the solder. The connection could also have a duller appearance, rather than the shiny one of a good connection.

I have similar problem. Only my display lights (center and right) are out. But your pictures don't display how you replaced the display lights, only the three along the bottom of the panel. How did you replace the 3 lamps in the display?
