Default pulley p/n

My wife said the car had no power, I looked under the hood and the */c belt and a pulley were gone. I can't find the pulley part number. The guy behind the parts counter has several part numbers. This is the pulley closer to the radiator (5" in front of the */c tensioner pulley and about 2" below it). Does anyone know of a site where I can see pictures of the pulley'* or does anyone know the part number for that pulley?

P.*.
For the first 119,000 miles all I had to do was change the oil and add gas, now at 120,000 I have to replace the half shafts, one front hub and now a pulley has fallen off. I just got the car back from the shop last week had the LIM gasket replaced. Hope this is it for the next 120,000 miles.
