Default Power window controls on Driver'* door

My windows worked this morning on the way to work, but not on the way home. All controls work exctept the ones on the driver'* side door. Can this control panel be taken off without removing the door panel? I left my window down a little and it rained all over those switches over the weekend. I think maybe they just need to be cleaned up.

I'd try spraying some WD 40 down into the switch hoping some makes it to the electrical contacts to drive out water and may clean some lint/crude off the contacts.
