BTW, where did you get your ex-warranty from? I bought one from warranty gold, but they filed bankruptcy and hosed me out of 1300.00

Mine was bought through the dealership. Can't really remember what company it'* through... I'll have to take a look next time I'm out at the car.

I f'n hate the way that people/companies these days just up and file for bankrupcy. It'* discusting!

Yeah, I know the feeling. I work at a law firm that has a pretty active BK practice. The joke you sometimes hear is that they are just undoing all the mergers and deals the corporate practice made in previous years.

Anyhow, the dealer called and the car is ready. $313 and change. I probably could have gotten it done for less, but sometimes its worth the extra cash to have it done quickly. Of course they try to sell you brakes and an O2 sensor while they have your car up in the air. Problem is their warranty on the brakes is 12/12000. I'd rather get a lifetime warranty from midas or someplace.
