Drove through the country roads and got on highway for about 15 minutes, came off highway and went through a couple stop and goes and GREEN light come on OBD scanner - hurray!!! I was about 5 minutes from Mass Inspection station. I cruised with caution and unplugged scanner as guy waved name into bay.

Guy jacks up car, looks at tires, tests tie rods, checks seat belts, honks horn and said it passed!!! He said this is a 15 year old car and Mass only tests for safety.......what the F........ What a waste of my time and money. He said it doesn't matter if the check engine light is on. Oh well, guess I won't be worried about the check engine anymore. If anyone needs some new EVap parts, let me know!!

Well, at least you were safer rather than sorry, awesome news that it passed inspection, it is a good feeling leaving those places with that new sticker on the windshield!
