You'd never be able to drill rotors with a press. You'd need an EDM. And you'd never get them balanced.

Rotors are hardened.

There'* alot of factors. But the bottom line is the 2000 and newer Bonnevilles don't have the same warping issues the 92-99 do. 92-99 are under-braked. 2000 and newer are not.

Only reason some get warped is because we like to drive these big cars like they are race cars and expect them to stop like race cars.

Your cars are not underbraked. They are just not sports cars thats all. Anyway I drove a 1994 for about a week many years ago when I had my Aurora in for service and it braked very well for a car with rear drums.....

Okay not to get off topic...My friend mike bought slotted rotors from that same seller and so far he was very happy.
