Driving my 2001 ssei and noticed my oil pressure gauge was all the way over to 120 I pulled over and restarted and the gauge went through it'* normal procedures then bounced all the way over to 120. Help guys is it my oil pressure sender, if so how hard of a change is that and will I hurt my car if I continue to drive it like it is until i get it fixed. No SES light either what gives?

i have two of these replaced in the last 40K. it pegs to 120 as the default, at least it did in my case. it was the sending unit both times.

changed oil pressure switch and solved problem took shop about 10 minutes to switch out. Pretty straight forward.
