Default New trans, now 1811 code??

I am at 113,000 and I had to have my tranny replaced. I got one with 50,000 miles on it. I was already dealing with several reoccurring codes (p0128, p0171, p0446) that I am still trying to figure out. Now I have this 1881 code to add to the list.

With the new trans I had them put in a new tranny mount in as well. Any idea idea where this code may be coming from?

If it matters, the the runs and shifts extremely smoothly now. Not so jumpy like it was before. Thanks

Not to sound like a idiot but I did read that post and unfortunley It didnt help me to much. The confusing part of this code is the fact that the tranny is new. Could it really need a control solenoid already?

The EPC is a weak link in these transmissions, and it shoudl have been replaced with a new one before being installed in the car. My guess is it was not. A shift kit might fix the problem for a while.

I was planning on gettting a shift kit. Is the epc link something that is relatively easy to replace?

O and I was also wondering if this code could have been hanging around from my old transmission??

And uh..please if you haven't. Post about your other codes so we can help you get them straightened out. But that'* another post because that could take a minute.
