new blower motor question

just got it & it has this things attached to the fans. Are they weights to balance the fans or am I soposed to take them out before installation?

Don't take those off. You are correct, they are weights to balance it.

quick question, why'd u need a new blower?
if theres a problem my bonnie has it. hah trust me i havent had it at all this February.
