update....so i went to the stealers(dealer) and asked them for new ones... I even had one with me to show them, well after about 20mins of explaining where on the car it was so that he could look it up in the computer......it took another 10mins to tell me that they didnt have it. they than check other dealers around, no one had them..it was a speical order. I said 'well what if you were fixing a car that had these and you guys broke one or 2?' he than stated ' if it was a drivable issue we would keep the car and order the part over night at the customers expense.' i said WHAT?!?!?! at the customers expense??? even if you broke it?? 'yep, if its not underwarranty' talk about rip off!! thats sad that they dont have that piece on site for any reason!! got the size!
