Yes, it'* a huge difference. I even noticed it even though I'm used to a 13 second GTP. It was nice to have some power back. I couldn't wait any longer....it was just too slow. Make sure you do the basic supporting mods at the same time. Else it will see KR and not give you optimum results. In fact it will feel as if you didn't gain all that much. You've got to do at least a better flowing air intake, 1 range colder plugs, 180 t-stat.
No I haven't taken the Bonnie to the track. Not sure if I will. I did plenty of that in the GTP. Plus my brother has a Regal which is a high 13 second car so I can gauge how fast my car is pretty close by just running him once in a while.
