I've got a 2001 SE with a low air flow problem coming out of any of the vents. Be it floor, vent, or defrost settings. The mode actuator is moving for the different settings. As is the actuator for the temp control. Cabin filter is new.

I do get slightly better airflow in the cold setting then in heat. The blower motor is working good but I just can't get any air flow. Any ideas ?

the evap core probably needs cleaned out
