Default How to torque ball joint with cv axle in place?

Checking to see if anyone knows how to torque the ball joints on a 2001 Bonneville with thee CV axle in place? There is no room to get a socket over the castle nut (as shown in the picture)?

I visually tightened the castle nut, and think I may have got a bit light on the right side.

The only way I can think of to try to get a torque wrench on it is to get a crows foot socket.

If you have a torque wrench that will accept different heads, that is the only way. Otherwise, use an open end wrench with something to provide a little extra torque, and apply using the armstrong method.

Default torque

I have done two with the armstrong method. Box end wrench. No issues.

X2. I haven't had issues with the German Torque method.
