Depends on who you talk to. Some say every 50,000 miles. It depends on how agressive your driving style is.

Eight ounces will fit, but four ounces is the recommended fill level.

Yeah, scott is right, which he should be because he is Scott. We just swapped the nose on my dads GTP today. It took a full 8oz., which is 2 bottles.
