Default Heater not working

Ok so the fall cold nights have started and wouldn't you know it, the heater doesn't work. I found the problem but I am not sure what the correct term is for the part so I can order a replacement.
The problem is the actuator that controls the hot vs cold air. I took the actuator off and the gears are fine, but there is a burnt resistor on the board. The part is labeled as A3311753C, there is also a label on the side 31178144. I removed it from behind the glove box just to the left of the glove box opening. No climate control. Can you guys tell me the exact part name? I found several items listed on rock auto and they look the same in the pictures, but the price is drastically different. I assume they are using a generic picture and I need to make sure I order the correct part.

There is also a number listed as 52491801 under a bar code.

If you can, take some pictures of the repair as you are doing it, and share them with us. Where did you order the part from?

Will take some pics and post them. I ordered from Rock Auto....should arrive today and good thing because it has been in the mid 40s this week. I tried taping the shaft to keep it on heat, but that fails every day.

Some have taped a coat hanger stuck in through the glove box opening to the arm for the blend control. It allows some adjustment until a new actuator is installed.
