Default harsh ride

just installed new monroe air shocks yesterday as bonne had just rolled 100k and the mounts were bad. test drove it and everything felt great to me. But it is wifeys car and as soon as she took it to work this morning she called and said it feels like crap and the ride is very harsh now.

it is about 4* outside today so i hoping this has something to do with it.
any ideas on why it would be such a bad ride this morning? my thought was maybe i had some moisture trapped in the line which froze or made the shocks over inflate?

of course she couldnt tell me this when she got home and i could look at it. now i have to spend all day wondering...

Being that cold, the tires will be very stiff. So the ride will be more harsh because of that.

New shocks and cold tires = hard ride. Make certain that the ELC is working and that the socks inflate. Give it a bit and it should feel okay!

how bad where the shocks when you replaced them. mine were leaking pretty bad and made the back real soft and i got used to the softness but after i replaced the old ones the ride is alot stiffer now maybe you have the same problem
