Obviously kids, you have all missed the point....being that a Cadillac that is of the SAME platform can have this feature, why can't the Pontiac! Will I drop a dime to modify this car at all otherwise? Hell no, even though it only has 7k miles on it, it isn't worth jack in resale anymore now with news of the Bonneville now going away. Anyways, I talked with the dealer service manager this evening, & he is going to try & reprogram my GXP like the DTS to see if it works, if not, I'll live with it. Thanks for all your inputs, positive or not.

The Bonneville reprogram of the BCM with a Deville VIN# didn't work, we tried to use the 2005 GXP VIN off another on the dealer'* lot, which did make the DRL'* go on at low beam instead of high, am glad for that, but nothing changed. Went through my 3rd set of fog bulbs too, H3'*....I got some yellow ones from the parts store and put in there instead, at least then I'll see through the fog instead of lighting it up!
