Thanx for the link but I have already read this link and tried the boost bypass thing but to no avail!

Where is the evap canister located on the 2000 ssei? never thought to look there but hell I dont even know where it is or really took the time to look where it is I am sure I can find it on my own but if you could tell me or post a pic that would be awesome!

Jack the car up at the rear and put it on jackstands. Crawl underneath and learn where everything is. The canister is under there near the rear. A good chance to inspect and clean.
