I will lay money that you have coolant in your oil causing that sound.

Wilwren, when i said zero for the boost gauge, it'* not what i meant. I was tired when i typed that. What i meant is around the first negative line, i believe it'* -10psi? Anyway, nice catch.

oh yea, i forgot to say that is what i have is -10. the one time i got to drive it before this. i hit it hard getting on the free-way and it went almost to +10 and that sucker can pin you to the seat. and it has a nice growl to it. lots of fun and real comftorable.

I have the same problem with my car. The problem the difference being that it makes the noise instantly after the oil is changed and only started making the noise when i put my CAI on. I thought it was just the engine warming up. There is no coolant ion my oil and i run amsoil 20w 50 what could be wrong

that would be(20/50) COLD MOLLASSES.

OMG. I just noticed he'* in WI. And it'* still winter.

SHOman, 20-50 may be something the SHO guys run, but our oil galleries and bearings were designed and built to run 10W-30. You're going to kill that motor.

Did the car come with the stock air box still installed or do you have a CAI? My car with a CAI sounds like it'* got gravel running through it for the first mile or so after a cold start.
