Toasty, you guys had it right before. You have disabled DRL'*, that'* fine. Your parking lights are coming on in day (tails should come on too) time because the fog lights are on, this like you said also illuminates the IPC. Do you want the parking lights off (and tails) during day time ,but the IPC left illuminated. That would require some wiring mods like PDad stated.
