No DRLs, no fog lights
I just bought a 99 SSei and found the solar sensor was buried. I've since pulled it back up into the dash. Since then, I've discovered the DRLs not working, and the fog lights are not working. I've checked the 15 amp fuse for the fogs- ok. These two issues may be unrelated. Any ideas?

The relay for the fog would be in the passenger side (against door frame) relay center. Bottom relay is for the fogs.
DRL'* should be a seperate circuit. There is a good chance something if off with the resistor. The resistor is located on the drivers front fender behind the PCM box.
I'll try and look over the FSM'* tonight and get you some schematics.
