Default Drive tensioner pulley

Anybody change this, eventually need to change(or drill and retap). The bolt that holds one of heater hoses , the head snapped off as it was only half way in and I tried to tighten.Looks like 2 bolts for tensioner and couple of elbows, anything to add.thanks.Right now I have it clamped.

The belt tensioner is attached to the accessory bracket. The coolant pipes come out of the accessory bracket.

I've had a couple off on motor swaps. 3-4 bolts once you have the alternator and PS out of the way.

Looks like 3 bolts (tighten to 37 ft. lbs.) and the alternator. On our cars, the power steering pump can stay where it is.

Ya had the ALT off , so 3 bolts.Funny I noticed both hoses are held on with clamp and 1 bolt and both bolts of mine were only half way in.Went to tighten top hose and bolt head just snapped off.I used a 1 1/2 " small c clamp to hold on for now ( fits perfectly) until I remove and drill or easy out bolt.So thanks for input, just anither pain in the a$$.

The bolt that broke off...it is the small bolt on the hose clamp itself? Clamp going around the hose has a spot the looks something line an inverted "V" with the bolt on the bottom of that V? If so, that bolt being only half way in is normal, and is how the clamp tightens. You can just cut through the sides of the V to get it off, then put on a standard hose clamp.

Interesting information..on the ps pump. I would think there is a clearance issue getting the bracket out of the way..

Thanks for the heads up Archon

The rest of the bolt is inside the bracket, before the bolt was sticking out a 1/4 inch and the hose was loose. The clamp itself is ok,just cant put another bolt in until I get the old one out.
