Check the low power side of your power steering pump hose. It is most likely leaking where the hose is spliced about 25% of the way to the rack. My '92 bonne sse and my '01ssei have both had leaks there before they reached 35K. Easy to replace that hose. Not expensive either.

Meant "... low pressure side...", not "... low power side..."
