Dinging sound inside 2001 Bonneville SLE

Dinging sound inside 2001 Bonneville SLE
Hello to everyone. Looking for some help....Lately I heard a "Dinging" coming from somewhere inside the car. I was wondering if anybody could help on what this might be.

Couple quick questions;
can you isolate it to an area (left, right, front, back)
does it sound like its coming from under the car below the shifter? (could be loose heat shield for the cat?)
is it present when idling?
does it get louder over bumps?
be overly descriptive if you can.
