Default Differential type?

What type of differential is in our 2K Bonne'*? Can anyone give good detailed specifics, or a real good link on it as well?

-Thanks!

This question is probably best posted in the 2000 up category.

Perhaps, but my next question was going to be what the older ones had, and what differences there were between the two. But thanks for your concern!

first off, no, you do not have an LSD.. they are available from the typical 3800 performance stores.. as for gear ratio, there are two available for your year.. i belive (not sure) that most have 2.93:1 ratios, but some SE models (like myself :( ) have an even shorter ratio than that. it would have to be taken from your option label codes on your spare tire cover.
