Check it over. Things that might be different, but can be easily changed are the oil pan, the oil filter bracket (swap this when it'* out of the car), ICM bracket, alternator and bracket, engine mounts. The transmissions are the same other then the diff. The flex plate might be a different bolt pattern. Check that before you put the engine in.
As for your question about using a NA engine. Yes, I have experience in that area. The block is the same, the crank and pistons are a bit different. A NA engine has 9.5:1 compression, the L67 has 8.5:1 compression. The heads are different, as is the LIM, injectors, I believe, fuel rail, throttle body, and ICM bracket. Not to mention the harmonic balancer. Doing a top swap is easy. I just did a L26 short block and top swapped it. The tune is another story.

Thx dan. I swapped everything over today and got it back in the car. All that'* left now is putting a few more of the accessories on and crossing my fingers when I turn the key haha. Any idea how much an intake with the blower would go for if it only has 2k miles on it? Same with a PCM and the throttle body. These things are super clean.
Ok so something very very bad happened. It'* in, it runs but after about 5 min of running the fly wheel is scraping something. The motor needs to come back out I'm assuming? My buddy put the fly wheel on and in doing this broke 2 of the bolts off. And of course I had red thread locker on them. I was told this would be alright since there are 6 other bolts and it also bolts to the torque converter but I had my doubts and here we are. Am I gonna have to buy a crankshaft for this thing now? or is there some magical way I will be able to get those bolts out? I am seriously hating life right now.
It'* weird that it doesn't scrape all the time tho, only when it'* been running for about 5 min, and if I slam the gas the noise goes away. The noise comes back once I let off the gas. If I slowly rev the engine the noise doesnt go away.
